Adoption Application

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we do not have the time to request more information from you & may reject your application based on insufficient or incomplete information. Please provide detailed & in-depth answers to ALL questions to increase your chances of being approved for adoption. We do reserve the right to reject any application for any reason. If you do get a rejection notice from us, this is a final decision however wrong you feel we may be. 

PLEASE NOTE: The donation fees for our puppies/dogs generally run $200.00-$350.00 each but could be more or less depending on pet adoptability. In general our dog fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, micro-chipping, a 5# bag of Science Diet food, worming & flea control. Kittens under 6 months old are $85.00 & cats over 6 months run $75.00 which includes spay/neuter, flea treatment, worming, 3.5# bag of Science Diet Cat/Kitten food and negative testing for Felv/FIV. Purebred or highly adoptable cats will be more.

- Please do not submit this application unless you are truly serious about adopting one of our pets.
This application is for Joyful Rescue use only and does not apply to any other rescue or shelter. 
 
- Be sure you are willing to drive the distance to pick up your pet if approved. Map our location to see how far you are away.
