All members are volunteers with the exception of one full time and two part time employees to help with cleaning, clerical duties and pet care. Joyful Rescues Board of Directors is not paid. A majority of our members have full-time professional careers and do all they can to help in their spare time. This truly is a labor of love for all involved.
